Finn McCartney's(Blain O'Connor) just trying to relax by the pool under his new sun-sail when his HOA's resident creep, Todd Mayer(Joel Someone), starts lurking. Finn catches Todd spying -- and not just watching, but getting himself off while hiding in the bushes. Finn calls him out, forcing Todd out of the shadows. Instead of shame, Toddgoes straight into HOA mode, telling Finn he'll write him out a lien on his house because the sunsail supposedly violates 'common element' rules.
